My interview is in 10 days. I just want to thank you all for this forum and specially Farahana for taking her time out and helping me with the interview preparation.

You have to answer promptly and clearly whatever questions asked to you. Take all supporting papers and documents in a systematic manner so that you can easily bring out which paper or document they like to see or you may like to present.

Practice will make you confident (specially mock video interview). Repeat to correct yourself.

Do not give extended answers.

If you do not understand any question, ask softly to repeat the question.

Keep eye contact while answering.

Thanks everyone! This thread was awesome in preparation for the interview! +1 to as many as I can hand out.

I received what i guess is my SA being found eligible to sponsor my husband.

However we did not send the medicals. In the pdf they sent it says if havent done the medicals to send them. Should we do them now? Are they waiting for them to continue the process or when they get to the medicals they will officially send an email requesting the medicals. Cz that is what i thought they would do when we get to the medicals they will send an email and then we would have 1month to send them.

Plz help thanks.

How is your practice going on?

What prompted them to call for the interview? Did you address those points?

I think you will do good, No need to worry...they just want to make sure that the relationship is real and genuine. That's it!

Hassa bahi / Farhana just received my passport with visa and COPR visa expiry date is 14 October 2017 so happy long waiting time is over thanks god
And also thanks for all your help and guide it was really help full now new challenge gonna be start to find out a job in Canada

Hi moors33,

Yes please do medical (applicant) in the approved facility and the doctor will directly send eMedical report to CIC. They will give you a barcode receipt.

A)Documentary evidence that establishes your relationship to your sponsor it means ---

1.your communication proof

2.Money transfer receipt

3.your photo( you and your sponsor together different place photo. Both family gettogether photo)

4.your join account

5.your insurance nominee letter

6.your DPS nominee letter from bank


B) each of your dependants' relationship to you (e.g., original birth) it means—

1.If you have any children then bring your children original birth certificate.
2. Photo of your children
3. Your children school documents where mention their parents name.

C) If you have no ration card in this situation you have to explain it that you have no ration card if immigration officer want to see it in the interview day.

dear Farhana apa.
im taking all updated forms. is it necessary to take previous forms that i submitted to SVO? coz those were signatured by me.
i hav changed my address and my husband too, updated forms shud include that ryt as we changed in CIC account.
currently im unemplyed for a year. is it a problem if i show that in updated form? previously i was employed.

Sorry for late reply. I am a little bit sick now a day. You have to bring your new update form and you have to mention your all changes in the form. If you have no job it doesn’t matter. But you have to mention like you are housewife or student if you are study. But may be the immigration officer will call your office to collect your information. May be the officer will ask you – “why you not doing the job?” So, your answer and your office collogue answer must be match in the interview day.

thnx Hassan vai , i have exam 7 days after my interview date. thats why im not doing ny job currently.
i can show them my paper.
i found my GCMS note. there was nothing mentioned. only Interview required.
do u know where they mention red flags?

I think in your GCMS Note you found your application story both you and your husband. Application story means you and your husband detail and if you carefully notice you find that may be somewhere they question. If you find noting than think ----

1. Age gap 6 years is normal but more is red flag

2. Quick marriage

3. Different religion

4. Second marriage

5. Application poor submit it means when you apply for visa you do not send enough marriage proof

6. Your second but your sponsor first marriage or your first but your sponsor second marriage.

7. Education different.

Red Flag is nothing but a name. Red Flag means doubt of visa office that’s it.

can anyone help me i got my GCM notes which states interview recommended to address BF concerns. other than than i have not seen anything else

does anyone knows what do they mean by BF Concerns

Second is their a difference between interview recommend and interview required
