You can browse through Hasan9999's first post and read the questions usually asked. Actually, an interview is good; it gives you a chance to convice the officer that you are being genuine with your relationship. Also there are people who were scheduled for interview and after sending more proofs, the interview was waived and the officer seemed satisfied.
Good luck!! Keep it positive!

And then had his divorce and we got married 2 months after his divorce. Is that a red flag? When i was living with him, i also wasn't divorced and had it finalized after returning to Fiji. I feel that is a red flag on our application because we provided a lot of information to prove that our marriage is genuine.
Farhana and HAssan please assist me with preparing my application. My husband visited me three times after I returned to Fiji. My husband is 5 years younger than me.
I am not good at interviews, even at job interviews i start mumbling, already so scared.

I think they were living together (common law) but at the same time they both were still married, will that be an issue? will this time as common law will count as a legal relationship?ImABule said:It is not clear in your post and Profiler is already pointing towards the possibility of not being family class so I will ask, we're you both divorced- finalized and everything- before you married?

Hasan9999 said:Hi AARCEE,
As others said, one month is more than enough to prepare well for the interview. But a tough interview is anticipated given your situation. You have to win this tough interview to avoid time consuming appeal process and uncertainty.
Your story is somewhat different from others and that's why you have to address all the red flags very effectively to prove that your relationship is 100% genuine, no marriage of convenience is taking place.
I don't know whether you guys have cohabited for a reasonable period or not. This point is crucial. Is it possible to stay together until forthcoming interview?
Prepare all possible answers with your full satisfaction supported by comprehensive documentation as per checklist.
All answers must match with the answers of your spouse whatever insignificant may be...
Have mock video interview everyday with all possible tough answers...correct the way you answer....your gestures...your body language....
Be specific...avoid giving extended and unnecessary answers.
Concentrate gathering enough and solid documentation proofs to substantiate your application.
Good luck!
