Thank you ImABule! How is the service of China Eastern? I never travelled by this airlines. Also the difference between Emirates and China Eastern seems insignificant...what's your opinion?

Unfortunately I can't answer that question as I too have never flown with them. When I fly to Indonesia it's usually United Airlines and All Nippon Airways or American Airlines and Japan Airlines.

The difference is significant because Emirates was quoted in USD.. China Eastern is CAD. That's over 300$ difference bro.

Either way, I ALWAYS use Flighthub to book. Cheapest rates I can find. Also, using a private browser when searching for flights helps show cheaper rates and flights are always cheapest if searched for on a Tuesday afternoon!

Also, if you have a VPN, set it to an American or Canadian IP before you search.

For my upcoming visit to Indonesia I found a round trip ticket for CAD 800$!

All my dear friends,

I safely reached Canada. I would like to share my experience with you. I was very nervous because I never travel alone. My journey is not tough. My flight was delay 1 hour 40 min and I was worried about to catch my second flight from ABU DHABI. I have only 30 min to catch my second flight and this was my bad experience in this whole journey. In ABU DHABI airport when I reached terminal 3 there was gate no 34 when I entered this gate one officer checked my passport and boarding pass and 2nd time my passport and boarding pass was check before I get into the plane. I reached Canada in morning time. I faced two immigration officers in the Canada airport. The first officer sees my passport and boarding pass.
The first officer ask me –

1. Where you come from?
2. Is it my first time in Canada?



3. Is your husband living in Canada?

After this I go to the second immigration officer. The waiting time is very lengthy. I wait there 1 hour 30 min. Many people faced the second immigration at least 15 min. I see the immigration officer ask them different type of question. One Chinese man shows the communication proof in his phone. The officer ask the man different type of question. I was in a line and the immigration officer call me that time I was prepare myself to face the immigration officer. The officer did not ask me any question. When I first meet the officer I just said “Hello MAM”, the officer ask for my passport, my boarding pass and the 6 pages papers. Then the officer told me that

1. If I am not stay with my husband 2 years, in this situation I lose my PR,

2. I declare that I have no dependents, the officer ask me is it true? I said” It is true”

3. I have to live at least 2 years in Canada otherwise I lose my PR.

I initially sign no 1 and 2. Later the immigration officer gives me 1 page from the 6 pages. The officer said it is most important paper for me. Without this paper I cannot do my insurance, my bank account and other many things.

From my experience I can write that Chinese people face the 2nd interview from 2nd immigration officer and it took at least 15 min. Hope it will help other applicant.

Etihad airline is good. The airline service is awesome. My one way ticket cost is 82000 tk. The first flights take 5 hour to go ABU DHABI airport and second flight is 14 hours to go Canada. The transit time is only 1 hour 30 min.14 hour journey is very boarding but I walk in the plane and enjoy the journey in the Etihad airline. Etihad airline is better option to go to Canada.

Trust me you will get your passport request very soon because your ECAS show “DECISION MADE”. Don’t worry about anything. You have many thing to do before go to Canada. Finish your everything before you go to Canada. Do shopping for you and your wife it will make you happy and busy. Hope everything will ok and you will go Canada very soon.

I think you have to wait a little more time for your interview result. I see in this forum March, April and May applicant get their all result very fast. But if you carefully observe you will see that I and Sam get our medical request one month later after our interview but May applicant like Hasan, Zee and javed got their interview result within 7 days later. So the result depends on visa office work pressure. I believe that you get your positive result very soon because you did a very good interview. Don’t worry about anything I know waiting is very painful for every applicant.
