Hello all
I received the GCMS notes today but the very strange thing is there is absolutely no update about my husbands
Interview the last update was January 28th 2016 and his interview was in February 1st.
Nothing mentioned about it but in mid February I email them and it shows there.
What do you guys think is happening with my file and I should do now.

When you send your documents DHL did you write a cover letter to them or you just write your UCI and application number? Can you please answer my question?

Dear Rumu,

It is very strange in your GCMS NOTE you did not find your husband interview. I really don’t understand what happen in your application. The only way you can do. You can ECAS to Singapore. I hope this will help you. Did Singapore reply you?

I email them so many time after interview but they never respond back.

I went to MP month and half ago and they said they will phn me if they hear back but no respond from them either I'll go again this week. Please keep me posted. Thanks Hasan

I have some questions to ask you. Why she was asked to do the TB test on the first place? Was it because she declared she had TB before or her X-ray showed unusual ( scar or shadow etc). ...

She was unaware. They saw some sort of shadow in the x-ray. So we did it on the first medical. I assume since the first one expired, they probably did not even look at it. On the Re-medical, they wanted the sputum test done again. My wife called the clinic and was told they just received an email updated. She will need to go in for another chest x-ray in about 2 weeks. Probably to verify again if any changes has occurred.

...when did you know that you are on the interview list , i mean after how many of application did you know that you are on interview

My timeline is like such. Not sure how to add it to the side like everyone else:

1. [Dec 16, 2014] Mailed application
2. [Dec 18, 2014] XPRESSPOST deliver confirmation
3. [Mar 03, 2015] Received CIC confirmation of package received (almost 90 days wait then)
4. [Mar 11, 2015] Received CIC letter saying I am approved as SPONSOR
5. [Mar 30, 2015] WIFE email received letter from CIC saying PR application received Mar 16, 2015
6. [Jul XX, 2015] Wife receives email informing she is on the interview queue (wait for date upto 2 years)
7. [Feb 02, 2016] Receive letter saying interview set for Mar 1, 2016. You MUST reply and accept
8. [Mar 01, 2016] Interview date. (Interview letter said to bring updated docs and criminal record check)
9. [Mar 01, 2016] After interview. Receive email for Re-Medical
10. [Present Jun 1, 2016] ... Waiting game. No update on ecas. No passport request.

As you can see in at #5. File transferred to Singapore on Mar 16, 2015 but she received update letter 2 weeks later.

After #5. It appears to be about 3-4 months roughtly once it was in singapore that she got a letter saying she is now on the interview queue list. Remember letter is generic and says it can take upto 2 years just to get your interview date.

Remember once an interview date is set. Accept it no matter what, DO NOT try to re-arrange another date.

Thank you for sharing. I think after posting couple more (I guess 20) option will be opened for you to record your time line on the left side.

Yes you are right about avoiding reschedule of interview. There was a general strike in Dhaka on my interview date and I sent an email to SVO to know if I would come for the interview. The department Incharge immediately responded to me by saying that the interview would take place right on time no matter what. If for any reason I can't attend, then the interview could be rescheduled after one to two years, if at all possible because of long que.

This is your top priority, isn't it! You can't wait 45 days to receive simple feedback from your MP's office. Either you call them frequently or visit them, email them. Those people are busy, let them know that you are in need of feedback on your immigration file. Right now for you MP is the most crucial person who can help you out. This is not a favour, it is your own constitutional right!
