i was feeling confortable and i did not get any stuck and i gave proper answers but i supprised when interviewer gave me back all my original document and kept police clearance viber and facebook messages and she said you hear the answer at the end of june thanks

They suppose to give you back all the original documents. If you read the invitation letter of the interview, it says that all the original documents will be returned to you. They only ask you to bring it so they can see it. They don't need to keep it. For privacy reason they are not allowed to keep them specially pictures. If you notice when they first sent you interview Que letter they sent you the pictures back. So nothing to worry. Thats how it is.

I think WhatsApp logs should be fine too. Just keep everything organized, don't start gathering documents two nights before the interview. Keep screenshots so that when you're ready to submit, You can just print it...

With the original application we sent 80 pages of Whatsapp chat, 80+ pages of Whatsapp call logs, 30 pages of Messenger video call logs, and many messenger chat logs. We also sent screenshots of video calls of us talking and my wife talking to my daughter and my mom. Our application weighed 11 pounds lol.

after 2 hrs interview asking every question related to my spouse the interviewer kept my certificate police clearance my interview letter appointment and some proves of facebook and viber mesages printed out but also interviewer gave me back original document and all my pictures and western union receits and she said you will get the answer at the end of june so what is that suppose to mean is that good sign or bad sign thanks

You said it take two hours interview. Your interview was long like me. Hope in two hours they ask you lot of question. Now a day immigration officer took applicant Police clearance and form if any applicant did well his or her interview. But many time they did not take applicant form and police clearance it depend on immigration officer mood. But the main thing is how you face your interview. If you answer correctly all the answer no matter immigration officer takes your form and police clearance. It is a good sign the officer look your documents. The officer returns your other papers because it is not essential for immigration visa. But it is essential to proof your marriage is genuine .The immigration officer took your police clearance, some other documents it is good sign.

My request to you please shares your interview question, feeling and experience. If you share it will help those people who are pending for interview.

I think there is no worry about your interview. Hope you will get you re medical request soon.

How can texts through apps "not really count"?

My wife and I don't use SMS as she can't even send an international text and it's expensive for me to do so.

We ONLY use Whatsapp for instant messaging between us.

If you want to do text message you can do I message. Use I phone and text in free. I message don’t charge international cost. If you have internet than it cost only internet mb. I use I message from my I phone. Hope it will work.

It is obviously a nightmare for any applicant to face an interview under spousal sponsorship process after waiting so long. Unlike other immigration interview, this interview is primarily set by the CIC to discuss elaborately face to face mainly focusing some information gaps, possible misrepresentation, red flags etc. and also to make sure that no marriage fraud or marriage of convenience is taking place to get spousal PR. People facing future spousal sponsorship interview may benefit to some extent from this thread if valued members, specially veteran members can share/ contribute valuable information/ suggestions and most importantly describe actual experience they might have encountered in a similar interview scenario. Hi K2014! Share with you about sad news of interview letter. Normally, your letter was mentioned waiting time for interview date is within 24 months. Do you have that information? I also received interview letter when my application reached 14 months, I think you and me applied same time. My letter did not mention waiting time, just wait. Do you same me?

Yes first you send them confirmation that you will attend the interview. Then organise your updated documents and paper work by properly filing. Check all relationship proofs, post family pictures with your spouse in FaceBook, if you are a FaceBook user, engage actively through text messages with your spouse....,

Next thing would be preparation by yourself as well as your spouse to make sure that all information perfectly match. Do mock video interview as much as possible. See if everything is good. Repeat and correct wherever you find improvement is required.

If you prepare well, you will be successful.

Dear javed120,

You have to send 3 update forms and police clearance Singapore through DHL or FedEx.

When you complete your re medical from clinic as Hasan mention the name of the Clinic. The Clinic will send the medical Report to Singapore. You just go to clinic and do your test. In clinic they test your blood, X Ray, Your urine, your height, and your blood pressure. I mention the name of the test because when I went for my re medical in doctor Wahabs Clinic without test my urine they said all had done and when I near at my home the clinic call me that I miss my urine test. I went 2nd time to Clinic the same day. So be aware and careful.

I don’t know how you pay your landing fee. I don’t know the process, if my husband back to home I will ask him.

Dear brother you passed your interview. Now you have to send only these documents. No need to send your other documents. I want to tell you one thing after interview when they want re medical, police clearance, update form and landing fee, it is very positive sight. No chance of any refusal. But you have to send your all documents as soon as possible. If you send them this documents quickly and you will get your passport request soon. I want to tell you that after you send your police clearance and update from and re medical then they request you for passport. Re medical is very important for passport request when the visa office gets your re medical, after then may be 15 0r 20 days later they will send you passport request.
