I have a quick question n i think its silly as well...In GCMS notes how we can find what r Red flags for the case as its just showing 'Interview recommended' and some info about my case. And one more thing while applying i hv not asked for interpreter but now i feel its better 2 hv it.Is there any way i can change it now or they ll ask me once call for interview?

1) Red flag means if you find anything unusual written in your notes or other anomalies that exist in your personal history specially in terms of relationship with your spouse. If you read the topics in this thread you will become expert to know all by yourself what are the red flags.
2) It depends on you. If you think you won't be able to make conversation in English, email them with your explanation to provide you an interpreter on the interview.

Hello Sabash,

Don’t worry about your interpreter. When you will face your interview they will give you interpreter. Remember in the interview letter they request your update application. IMM008 there you see interpreter request that time you can request for interpreter. Don’t feel panic you can give your interview in your mother language.

Yes I get my tracking number. They give me 15 days. They also gave me two emails one is my tracking number and another that they sent my application Singapore. Which airline ticket you will go to buy and when your wife will be Canada?

My application status is same like you. No new update. I hope you and my passport we get back to our hand at a same time. Sam which airline you prefer for your wife travel. May be I will travel Saudi Airline or Turkish Airline. Turkish Airline is expensive but comfortable journey. Saudi Airline is not expensive like Turkish Airline. Saudi Airline is also comfortable for journey. Please inform me which Airline you prefer for your wife. Hope your wife almost did her lot of shopping like me.

The immigration officer has some doubt about applicant marriage and the doubt popular name is “Red Flag”. “RED FLAG” has seemed much wired but in immigration process the marriage doubt other name is “RED FLAG”.

“RED FLAG”

1. When any applicant get divorce and after then quick marriage it called “RED FLAG”

2. If any applicant could not present their application properly it is called “RED FLAG”

3. If any applicant could not present their enough marriage proof it is called “RED FLAG”

4. If any applicant first marriage and sponsor second marriage it is called “RED FLAG”

5. If applicant and sponsor belongs different religion it is called “RED FLAG”

6. Most important thing if immigration officer has a little doubt that is also called “RED FLAG”

REMARRIAGE INTERVIEW:

Now a day interview is very common. It doesn’t mean that an applicant has a red flag that’s why he or she faces interview. Interview is a meeting between immigration officer and applicant. But Remarriage interview is not easy. Because immigration officer has lot of doubt about their marriage. The immigration officer want to know about their marriage is genuine or fake. That’s why the interview is very hard. In this process they have lot of question which they ask them in their interview. Cross check is important for every interview.

FIRST MARRIAGE INTERVIEW:

First marriage interview is very easy. They have a little doubt it depends on applicant case story. But their interview is not hard like remarriage applicant. Sometime their interview is like chit chat.

Dear Farhana,

Thanks for your prompt reply. I will prefer turkish or emirates cause the review of saudi airlines is not that great. My dad prefer emirates but I am ok with turkish. But you need your passport with visa to book a ticket. Its not like here, we can not just buy tickets online. The travel agents has to buy tickets for our behalf. She is not shopping cause financially we are not that strong. Hope we get the passports without any more drama.
