Met 1 month after previous common law relationship ended
Married on second visit, 10 months after meeting
Her family is Muslim. My family is non religious
Interfaith marriage is illegal in Indonesia. I converted to Islam to marry my wife
I will go to visit and try to take a couple extra weeks unpaid leave. We will then process the visa. I will then return to visit in the next calendar year and attend her interview with her.Hasan9999 said:Are you not planning to live with your wife in Indonesia for a couple of months before interview?
Are you considering sending additional proofs of ongoing communication?
Do you think your conversion of religion has anything to do with the interview? But that should be rather a plus point in favour of your application...isn't it?
Hasan
I sent proof of ongoing communication twice already in the form of screenshots of our Whatsapp calls showing all info and usually calls upwards of an hour or two as well as screenshots of our Messenger video calls. I sent this two weeks before being placed in queue. I also sent proof of financial support as I send money via western union every two weeks like clock work to my wife. It's so ridiculous that the workers at the wu I go to know me by name and have my phone number memorized. I don't even have to say anything I simply pass over the cash and they tell me how much my wife gonna get..
I'm still waiting for my gcms notes to see.
