Hello love(ao)

Need some information from you. You PM me that visa office send you 12 June interview query email and later you faced your interview 26 July 2016. Is it right? Can you write your interview query letter what visa office mention in your interview query letter? You also write that visa office did not mention any time for your interview.

Take care

He is Bangladeshi?

What worries me is there is very very few Indonesian applicants and maybe they wont travel to Jakarta often to hold interviews. There are only 2 others on the forum applying from Indonesia

Hello ImABule,

I think there is no worry about your wife interview. She has enough time to prepare her interview because in January 2016 I just gather my all marriage proof documents later in February to March 2016 I prepare my interview. I think she can do it.

Take care

thanks my friend for taking time to explain things to me
my ecas show

We received your application for permanent residence on June 1, 2016.
We started processing your application on August 11, 2016.
Medical results have been received.

and status:
IN PROCESS and when i clicked on the line,it shows the above but in the section of decision made where you see(we have recieved your medical and we will contact you if we need any additional test) APPROVE or REJECT

Does it mean,i may not go for interview since after documentation was verified,it was suppose to have said anything about interview before medicals was recieved
Hi there,

It is too early to predict if they will schedule an interview. It all depends on the processing officials when they start looking at your file. If there are no such questions and concers, you won't face any interview. Wait for a few more months and have patience.

Good luck!

Hasan

No our letter just states that cases that require an interview fall outside regular process times... htquach got a different letter that states up to 24 months.
We got a phone call to ask my wife if she could attend an interview about a month ahead of time. After she agreed, they sent the letter by email. Funny thing is the day before we got the call, I got an email from CPC Missisauga saying they forwarded to Kyiv VO my message to them regarding RPRF fee and reciept which I sent via CSE.

Now I have a question for you Hasan or ImABule or anyone else who would know. I am working on relationship proofs for our marriage. I changed my beneficiary of my pension to my wife last January, and I have that proof. I also have the proof that I arranged for her and my daughter drug benefits through my work. Do you think this is solid stuff to send?

Yes that's very good proof.

I can't add my wife to work benefits as she has to physically sign the forms :(

I'm thinking of taking some term life insurance out

That's odd, I just had to ask. Must be the insurance company. I have life insurance through the same company, through my work and someone from HR took care of everything for me.

Thanks again IamABule.

Hello ImABule,

“Why marriage is genuine” I think it is one of the most difficult question for me and I notice sometime the immigration officer ask the applicant and the applicant could not answer this question. In January one Bangladeshi Applicant could not answer this question and he is refused by immigration officer. The immigration officer also ask my husband—“why your marriage is genuine”. My husband just smiles and explains the question answer. When my husband mentions financial support the immigration officer ask my husband send all your financial and insurance documents to the Singapore visa office.

You ask me two question answer. The answer is below
1.Why you marry him?

Ans: I want to build up my family.

2.Why your marriage is genuine?

Ans. I love my Husband. My husband does his all responsibility. Every month my husband supports me financially. We have a join bank account and I am his insurance beneficiary. My husband is very caring, sharing and understanding person in my life. I am very happy with my husband.

Take care

Hello UA2014,

Pension beneficiary is your strong marriage proof. If you can show it, it will easy your application. But if your change your pension beneficiary after your interview calls, in this situation the immigration officer doubts your marriage. I remembered when I told my immigration officer that I am his insurance beneficiary the officer wants to know when I become his insurance beneficiary.
You can send it to the visa office as your marriage proof.

Take care

Thank you Farhana

It is a very difficult question to answer as you can't simply say because we love each other lol. My wife and I know we are genuine but sometimes explaining it in a way that satisfies someone else proves difficult.

Hi Farhana! Thank you for your advice. I have the letter from the Pension Fund dated January 15, 2016, so it is well ahead of our interview at the end of September. In fact it was before we even applied for PR. I also have the letter from our work benefits provider with the card assigned to my wife and I will print the relevant work emails requesting my wife and stepdaughter be added to my work benefits all around the same time period, January, 2016.

Thanks again for your help!
