Hi everyone,

I need so help with my inland pr application. My non accompanying dependent is refusing to have his medical done. I have documented all efforts on my behalf to show how i tried to get his mother and him to give me a response. They have refused.
I just now asked my consultant to send all 30 pages showing my efforts of my son not responding to me.

Now i recieved a letter from IRCC stating i need to get a declaration that needs to be notorized. Then it says i have 30 days to comply.

The letter states i have until the end of today (February 27, 2018) to get this information to them.

My question is do i have to redo everything again and then get the declaration nototized?

Thank you

Hello everyone,

This moring, i checkd ECAS the sponsor part changed to DM,

Later today I recevied an email from CIC office in Vacnovuer, about landing enquiries. But I never recevie AIP and my part in ECAS still showing application recevied. Is that normal?

Also, Is that the offical landing interview or they need more infomation to question and something else?

thxx

Congrats! You're done! Yes this does happen if the case evidence is complete.

No. Just bring what you have (including the letter from CIC) to a notary. They'll sort it for you.

Hi everybody,

I applied inland on October 2016, AOR in November 2016, OWP - February 2017, medical don in December 2017. On January 15, 2018 received letter requested more proof that marriage not fake and few days latter we replied back with many proofs. On January 29, 2018 ECAS status changed to DM on both sponsor and applicant side. On February 2nd, 2018 received AIP letter and advised to pay RPRF as soon as possible. Paid RPRF and send receipt over web inquires site. Since that no any response from CIC. Do I have to start to worry? Did I something wrong? Nothing changed in MyAccount since January 15 letter. I'm in GTA. I see many people receiving landing interview letter in 1-3 weeks after AIP letter. Thank you in advance for any comments.

Hi! Has anyone crossed the border with their COPR? Did CBSA have any issues with you travelling without your PR card (since you haven't received it).
I have a road trip planned to Buffalo end of March, and I will not have my PR card in hand by then. We will be crossing the Niagara border.

Anyone?

Director? F&*^ don't put that responsibility on me! Then I would be responsible for guys like @sylvain1 :D

Congrats! Don't worry about the landing -- it's dead simple, and only moderately painful.

You can bring your COPR, but it's not necessary. They can validate you're a PR from your passport. If you bring your COPR, then you for sure won't have an issue.

The reason why you can't do that for anywhere else is, the airline has a responsibility to make sure you have a passport/visa/PR card.

I highlighted the important bit for you, in what you said. This, is normal. You've been approved, and they are scheduling a landing interview, at the busiest office in the country: Etobicoke. Can take up to 13 weeks to hear from them. Call CIC after 9 if you haven't heard yet.

And congrats! Without a Procedural Fairness letter, it's been approved.

Hi everyone,

I recieved a pre arrival letter and a letter stating im found eligible for permanent residency. I figured This is good news. I am just wondering what is going to happen next?

Can anyone share some information with me on what might happen with my application?
Thank you

Hello guys,
I have ordered GCMS note and i hv seen that they have done my security, RCMP screening and criminality. My medical passed and extended to oct 2018. I can see that most of the activity have touched around oct/nov 2017. My wife didt get sponsorship aproval. And no AIP so far.
On the note i see that my refugee claim is under evaluation and final decision havent been given and from that i can understand its been hold.
I hvt recive note of decision since noveber 4.
Mean while i contact MP and they have told same thing that they are waiting my decision for further process and i am in a kind of hold.
Guys if have same situation or any advice regarding what is next and what would i do?
Oct 1 2016 applicant.
Thanks.
