Proof of Cohabitation:
- Joint bills with address on it
- Joint bank statement with address
- Driver's licence back and front for both of you with address
- Costco cards showing joint account and address
- Credit card bills with address
- Work permit with address
- Pay stubs for sponsor and applicant with same address
- Air Miles account with both names and address
- Letter from landlord indicating you have been living together
- Prescriptions for one or both of you with address
- Doctors communication with address on it
Any other communication that shows address for applicant and sponsor as the same
You do not need to provide photos or social media (facebook).
