Done! Even a new SIN for my wife. The hardest was to sleep and wait until 9h30 to walk there. Once arrived we waited for 5-10 minutes before being called. Then about 5 minutes with the agent and it was done.

Also , has any member of this forum got a similar request for proof of cohabitation and got a landing interview after that.I mean to ask that we still can hope that if we provide them enough proof then we can still expect approval of our file?

So you did all that by yourself or hired a consultant for that .Our consultant is asking 750$ additional for doing this. I asked him that we only have to arrange the proofs , what does he have to do that he is asking 750 $ for that step .So I told him I will do it myself.

Ok , but we dont have any lease agreement or rental receipts because we are just living in a 1 bed room basement.Although we do have joint bank acounts , credit cards , line of credit , govt Id'S , phone bills.It should work , right ?

Yeah and a simple covering letter. Include their request letter as well. Only stuff with your names and addresses. They only asked for cohabitation proofs right? Cohabitation is living together at the same address...

Remember relationship proof is not the same as cohabitation proof.

Just scan and send proof of cohabitation through CSE enquiry. Include the letter they sent you.

Proof of Cohabitation:

• Joint bills with address on it
• Joint bank statement with address
• Driver's licence back and front for both of you with address
• Costco cards showing joint account and address
• Credit card bills with address
• Work permit with address
• Pay stubs for sponsor and applicant with same address
• Air Miles account with both names and address
• Letter from landlord indicating you have been living together
• Prescriptions for one or both of you with address
• Doctors communication with address on it

Any other communication that shows address for applicant and sponsor as the same

You do not need to provide photos or social media (facebook).

Make sure to include the following in cover note:
