I see, then if no exception or jumping the line in my case, can expect something July by 15th.

I don't think June would be last, but I think what they have done, is fast forwarded into the June/July pool and started cherry-picking the cases, like GuyanaGirl's where there is 10 years of relations -- very low risk, and probably paid very little attention. They will eventually start working on them in parallel with the April - June pool.

Ultimately, the goal is to reduce the "backlog" to the manageable 12 month wait. Given my predictions (adding 13.5mos to date of receipt), they would not be able to clear out the backlog, and continue to process at their current rates, without "weeding out" the easy cases up ahead. Dealing with PCC's, missing or requested docs, interviews, etc from the current active pool slows them down. The fast forward is a bit of a means to offset that.

Again, just an "educated" guess as to what is going on...

+1, a CIC agent actually told my wife (Sponsor) that "any unwanted document you send to us through CSE may slow you down, so do not do it".

You can do it -- we did -- but we did it before they were ready to start processing us. 13.5mos is what they are running at currently. So, I would probably wait to see if they ask -- and if so, what they want...

It's true. It could slow them up. But, we did do it, and even a few days before they evaluated us, they acknowledged it was attached to our file.. so we got in just under the wire... For us, is was the medical, but for others, it may do more harm...

If you don't think you have enough to prove on it's merits, then I may risk it. Depends when you submitted, what the value of the new stuff is, and when you're going to send it to them...

Haha, like that hashtag LMAO :):D

Can you tell I have very little respect? Did I make that obvious? I worry that my dual citizen cousin may have to run back home... Running from #Trumpocalypse (legit hashtag).

Edit: for those who watch the news, and heard and saw the bad sh!t he came out with regarding Canada US trade being unfair (#bullscruff), and the ruskies being involved, seems to me like we've seen this movie before.... Except Alan Alda and John Candy are way funnier #CanadianBacon #MichaelMooreFTW.

Of course, I'm just the arm-chair commentator. So, YMMV and standard disclaimers apply... But my guesses are pretty close usually..

guess they didn't delete my account as requested, came back on today to check and for some reason I could sign on

I see profiler is still full of himself to his somewhat captive audience, I really don't miss that at all

It has been almost six months since we sent in our application. No word other than an initial AOR. Perhaps they are busy processing refugee claims.
I will rethink who to vote for next time around.

13.5 mos is average now. And most are hearing only at the end.

What I am trying to say is that this is not fair to the people who are trying to bring their family members through legal corridor.
For example, sponsoring parents take forever.
