You right go on my gut ask for proof or asked for an interview

So, now take that situation, and reverse the roles. You're now the woman sponsor. How does the CIC Officer, who has never met you, and doesn't know you, or Mr Carol at all, know that they did their job?

Not at all to say that it's the case. But they just check it out to make sure is all. Same idea with not including enough proofs. So, in reality, they're not playing gods. They are trying as hard as they can, to do a job that no one envy's them for.

Fly to Finland, take a boat to St. Petersburg and a train from there to Moscow. Entries by boat give you a visa-free window which was 3 days when I did it but I heard that scheme might be extended even longer. St. Petersburg is cool anyway.

Yeah I know of the Finland route. Trains too. In fact, if you cross there, they have nooo idea you did, or that you are there. If you cross from Dagestan, they also have nooo idea. I hear Rostov-on-Don used to be beautiful -- but no real border there anymore, so you can probably cross there...

Orrr, just pay the fee, and let her parent's meet us at one of the airports in Moscow :).

From what I heard, Finnair was pretty good....

LOL my grandma is 90 she loves mr.carol and she's praying like crazy for him to get everything

Yeah, same for Babushka. It drives the wife nuts. She asks about me, not about the wife. Totally jealousy :).

Mr Carol will be fine. The lawyer pissed me off, because they did nothing to defend you against this problem. They are why your case was delayed.

Otherwise, I have no doubt he will get a PR Card.

Wow that's a lot for single entry?

In the building where I work people come to apply for Russian visas. They always come to our office to see if we know where the office is.

Really? You're in the same office building?

So, tell me something, do they ACTUALLY open the front doors? When we called, they like don't answer between 9 - 9:30, and they seem to shut the phones off at 11:15. The posted hours were 9 - 12.

Ms Profiler said it reminded her of home...
"Can you help me get a police certificate?"
"Go to website."
"The website seems to say contact you"
"Go to website."
"Can I come in to apply?"
"Go to website."

You like to live dangerously?

Hubby did include him, if memory serves, as non-accompanying, ya? It should be pretty easy, as they will have already assessed the youngster..

Thanks Profiler. Gosh I hope we do not have to redo the medical too. It expires in June 2017.

Our Review of eligibility: Your application is in progress. The next step is to review your eligibility.

I just saw this now. The "Review of eligibility" I think is worded totally wrong. Because the subject of the AIP email is "Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada - Communication to client/{en francais} - CPCM / CTDM - Inland APR Eligibility Decision F000xxxxxxx".

And the first two sentences:

"This refers to your application for Permanent Residence you made under the Spouse or Common Law Partner in Canada class.

It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent residence as a member of the spouse or common law partner in Canada class. ..."

So, this is why I say the statuses (statii?) are all worded wrong. Because she has passed it.

Scarborough Town Center lol. Sorry Torontorian lingos ::)

SCARBERIA!

Ya I dunno. I know there is two offices in Toronto that can do landings. Etobicoke seems to be the busiest (and is the only one that handles in Person Refugee claims).

I never knew that. No one here ever mentions landing at anywhere else but Etobicoke. Thanks for info Dire. Is that in the passport office building?
