Just a quick question. I’ve just checked my cic account and on row of” Background check” says ( not applicable). I was also wondering should we get another confirmation about that all our submitted forms were completed correctly ? I’m not sure if they even send anything that would confirm all our forms are completed correctly.
Thank you in advance

That's what I am talking about!

So, the wife's medical was done at an office that requested cash. It does make sense, since they don't want to "bill" you.

Did you get a receipt to send to employer insurance when paying cash then?

We didn't send it in. We accepted it as part of the cost of doing business. They do supply a receipt though.

lmao... our GP would see the missus for $40/visit before OHIP -- never used it, but know the rate. Is yours giving you a volume discount?

Happens. Just show some proofs that you live at the same address -- eg: Driver's Licenses.

Wow!! It was 380$ for my wife in Quebec City. There is only 1 physician on the panel in the city.

Add in the $15 for blood work and $35 for chest x-ray it was $225 all in.
