Ah! Just listened again. If you recall they screwed up the year before and fixed it a few days later....back when they were working March. Given the fact last week said aug 25 2015...I'm sure the same happened.

same here. I have just received an email this morning about the incomplete form. I am gonna check it when I get back home from work. I triple checked everything before sending. Let me see, if it`s my mistake or theirs.

do you know which form you have incomplete?

Seems very confusing. Doesn't look like any gaps to me. They didn't specify what's wrong with it .

Question. For the family information form I put my name in both english and russian spellings. and my parents names only in english. That's the problem I guess.

Hi. Yesterday, I've got exactly same email, and I actually have same timeline as you do. Applied on August 9.
I'm not exactly sure what was wrong with two of these forms that they are requesting to resubmit as I double checked and everything looks correct. Though, As the letter stating: you have submitted an incomplete IMM5669 AND/OR incomplete IMM5406. Therefore, I assume that there is a chance that they are requesting only one form but the don't exactly say which one of those should be corrected and resubmitted. So I guess, just to be on a safe side, it's better to submit both of those forms they are mentioning about.

Any updates on Sep/2016 applicants for OWP? We called CIC today and automated service said they haven't been processing any app submitted after 22nd Sep, 2016. However, mine was submitted before that date.
Does anyone have same problem here?

If my partner is a naturalized Canadian citizen and he changed his name when he became a pr. On form IMM5406 (Additional Family Information), should I write his name in English only, or I should provide both English and translatiration of his new English name but in his own language?

My application has gone from application received to in process after 7.5 months... Does this mean i should go for my medical soon and have it ready? Also does it mean im approved in principle and what should i expect from now?

I don't think he said he is expecting his PR soon. He is just talking about his OWP.

I applied around that time and had an OWP within the month when it said it could take up to 4. I hope you get it soon!

I suggest you do it now,plus if you want your pcc . I am sponsoring in land spousal sponsorship my husband since December 14, 2015.and we have immigration laywer and she was like do medical and fingerprint soon. Send off and they request pcc in June 23,2016 we send it on July 19,2016 and they receieved it on July 25,2016. Now waiting for copr cause he's from a visa exempt country,rrpf and landing interview

I dont know anything about finger prints? Is it required for me also. Im australian
