It's still on, but the CBC is now streaming the protests. The link was more interesting in that now they are discriminating against political views and turning Canadians away at the borders. Issuing threats of arrest, etc.

To all December 2015 apps - I temporarily changed my guesstimate to Jan 25th...but then put it back to April Fools. My MyCIC just updated today to Review in Progress for Eligibility. So it's coming soon!!

Odd thing is that I've now had two updated on MyCIC, but no email telling me about them. At least I log in daily.

Thanks!!! my heart nearly stopped and my eyes were as wide as they could be when I saw it. 2016 is coming soon. So thankful for the changes IRCC has made...it really is starting to move quicker. (still feel bad for those I know from 2013/2014 and early 2015 still waiting).

Yeah, I think they are still struggling with some cases that are incomplete, while others they are surging ahead.. I guess that's why the Automated Attendant isn't giving the correct date anymore.

It's still correct....majority of approvals are still August 2015 right now. And I haven't actually received anything from IRCC since July...so not really any true movement yet.

It says they are working on applications submitted before some date in 2016. I can't remember now, but it changed twice today.

same here. I have just received an email this morning about the incomplete form. I am gonna check it when I get back home from work. I triple checked everything before sending. Let me see, if it`s my mistake or theirs.

Question. For the family information form I put my name in both english and russian spellings. and my parents names only in english. That's the problem I guess.

Ah! Just listened again. If you recall they screwed up the year before and fixed it a few days later....back when they were working March. Given the fact last week said aug 25 2015...I'm sure the same happened.
