I take it back ! OWP arrived today in the mail, looks like it was approved on the 28th of October. ;D ;D
Is it service Canada that he needs to take this to get a SIN ?

We just got the GCMS notes.It shows :

App Status Reason: In Progress SPR/Inventory SPR

Category : FC1

Group Name: Inland Prospective

Criminality : In progress (although we have already sent the PCC requested by them on 10th of Aug)

Location : Inland Pending Review

Does anyone have any idea , what does these notes refer to ?

They need to prove the person being issued a SIN (Temporary) is entitled to it. It's just a verification, then they issue. Total time: 5 minutes.

How long are GCMS notes taking . I applied on around Sep 20 and still no GCMS notes ,, Guys has anybody applied recently and how much time it took to get notes in email ?/

Is the AOR sent to a Sponsor or a Principle Applicant ? My sponsor got the email from CIC this morning, saying that they have received our application... I didn't get any email from them though.

Sponsor. I got an AOR for my wife. She has only received a message from CIC regarding the passing of her medical.

Hi, my boyfriend applied for PR (Spousal Sponsorship in-land) and work permit extension at the same time, the application was received on May 18. He still didn't get his work permit. it's been 6 months. Is it a normal wait? how long does it usually take to get work permit? (Even though I guess everybody will have a different time line) Is there a way to check if it's ready?

Sponsor. I got an AOR for my wife. She has only received a message from CIC regarding the passing of her medical.

I received two AOR, AOR1 for sponsor and AOR2 for applicant.

Inlanders get a special type of permit. Did he apply for an Open Work Permit? It takes 4 months to get.

You can call CIC to ask what happened..
