I think it had also, but she might not have seen it.Thanks -- I thought the link I provided had the postal code searcher..
Hello! I have a question for people who got the faulty 'We need a document from you' on MyCIC. Did it go away on its own, or do we need to report a technical error or is it still there?
This happened to me today. Needless to say that there were no emails or messages of any kind. What's curious is that CIC has removed the error message (visible at login) they had regarding this issue. I tried calling CIC thrice today but no luck. Wonder what's going on. So confused.
@profiler how was the board breaking? Was mini-profiler proud of his dad?![]()
Nah, it's still there. But if you call them, they can verify for certain for you.
@profiler: It has been bit more than a moth since Mrs. Profiler landed. Did you guys by any chance get the card yet? For my friend here who landed last September, it was a month
Thanks Profiler! I guess there's no getting around the calling part then <sighs...>
Well, it may be worth the call. If not, you can always complain if you get a procedural fairness letter... the stance that "Hey, you said there was a bug, so I ignored it because I was not emailed a request!" But I think it might be exposing yourself to risk unnecessarily...
I have 3 words for you - LoL
Going to try calling em starting 8 am tomorrow!
Well, I gave you options
Try at & or 7:30am Eastern. You may get someone, because that's when they would need to be available for Atlantic Canada!
@profiler: It has been bit more than a month since Mrs. Profiler landed. Did you guys by any chance get the card yet? For my friend here who landed last September, it was a month between landing and card arrival
