Easy answer: it's approved.thanks profiler.
Fact is, even we don't know what they decide about sponsor. Agent told me that they are working on PA now and may be they will send the decision together to SA and PA when they have something to say. I told him when you decide about SA then shuldn't we receive an email, he is saying sometime Y and sometime N. Depends on the officer.
thanks profiler.

8 weeks?! my goodness. Just to receive the letter, not even the actual apt?Etobicoke is sloow in a lot of cases unfortunately. Could be 8wks...
Yeah. It seems to be totally variable lately. Some get landings quick, others wait 2 months. Unfortunately, that's all I know in this regard...8 weeks?! my goodness. Just to receive the letter, not even the actual apt?
For my wife, she got DM on March 21st, and last Friday, May 12th, we got the landing appointment letter. The appointment is for May 26th. Our office is Montreal, not Etobicoke, but they both seem slow/very busy. So we got the letter around 7.5 weeks after DM and the appointment is 9.5 weeks after DM. I hope you'll get news soon!8 weeks?! my goodness. Just to receive the letter, not even the actual apt?
Don't worry about it. I did the same thing and sent mine via CSE, email and courier...just got a response granting the extension today lol. My deadline was on May 7.profiler,
i've send an email via cse regading my medical request. i advice them that the earliest schedule i can get for medical exam is on the 30th day from the date of the lettter. i've told them to please extend the window period of my deadline from 30 days, add more at least 2 weeks. as of now still no reply from the cic. this thursday is my deadline and the day of my medical exam.
What should i do? thanks
As long as you complete the medical on the 30th day, it's fine. When it's finished, scan and CSE the eMedical form that the physician gives you. They won't have any issue with it.profiler,

They actually build in a buffer (time buffer) around these requests. So, you'd be well within the buffer anyway. So, really don't worry. It's more irritating to know that it slowed your case down, I found .thank you very much
thanks. Cant do anything about it, only two physicians here in my place and they dealing a lot mostly with the refugees. Too much on their plate!
