You should ask your lawyer for a copy of the application. Did you even get the chance to review what was filled in the form? You could run into trouble if you signed the forms without reviewing the information (especially if false information was written)

Some, only because I work for a lawyer who offered to help. She's the rep on file lol. I had to deal with the Chinese consulate because my sister cannot speak a lick of Mandarin and you can only renew your passport in Chinese. (hence not nice to expat)

Don't worry about it. I did the same thing and sent mine via CSE, email and courier...just got a response granting the extension today lol. My deadline was on May 7.

So my sister has to renew her passport...can I just say Chinese consulate sucks???? They just give her a slip and said just check online when it's ready...not even an estimate on when it's ready :confused: I just hope the officer in charge of her application is not annoyed because I sent an...
