Go from receipt date. And yup medical for us was accepted about 8days before we saw DM in ECAS.

Does it matter if your medical was upfront or not? We just did the medical and it was passed last week.

yes, upfront and I sent it with the application. Confused why they still ask others to bring it to the landing interview if they say to attach it to the application.
