Yeah, he is a first-generation Canadian. WOLFHAWK had no problem either, and his MP is Cons.


I have the standard Canadian Bi-lingual laptop set up... I intentionally disable French input... because:
a.) it pisses me off
b) I write code and hit random key sequences, which tends to cause input mode switching
c) repeat b, then a
d) format computer.

I agree there might need to be one there... but, that said, they have to have the immigration numbers in the region to support one -- right? I don't know what those are.

I can't disable my French keyboard, because I write as much in French as in English... but I also get sometimes annoyed with it.

Regarding MPs, I know there are good ones in each political party, I just didn't feel ours was that much willing to push things.

An office in Quebec would definitively not be overloaded...

The vast majority of computer code is written in standard English (Latin, actually) characters; sans accents. So, it's annoying when an accent grave (`) or an accent aigu (') show up when you just want to define a string of characters 'like this one here'. In windows, the default key-sequence to switch is like left-ctrl + something... well I use left ctrl for ctrl-c / ctrl-v / ctrl-r etc... Imagine my surprise when accented characters start appearing...

This is why I had to do it. I don't use Francais enough to justify keeping it -- professionally, it never happens...

We did Cambridge's store. It has grocery too, so I wonder if that makes it a larger? Anyway, whatever, doesn't matter.
