I have the standard Canadian Bi-lingual laptop set up... I intentionally disable French input... because:
a.) it pisses me off
b) I write code and hit random key sequences, which tends to cause input mode switching
c) repeat b, then a
d) format computer.
I agree there might need to be one there... but, that said, they have to have the immigration numbers in the region to support one -- right? I don't know what those are.
Regarding MPs, I know there are good ones in each political party, I just didn't feel ours was that much willing to push things.
An office in Quebec would definitively not be overloaded...
