Calling doesn't work, that agent can't add anything, they will just recommend you to send a CSE. Send a CSE note explaining and tell them when your appointment is. you won't get a reply, but it will be on file. That's all you can really do.

CSE. Just advise when you will be doing them and where. That should be enough to show compliance.

There is a young lass who follows this thread with an NFLD flag who had to do similar, because she got the notice late. They permitted her another 30 days via CSE.

Maybe I just look like a friendly immigrant or something and they are hoping that I am planning to stay here forever.

+1

Thank you very much to both of you.

when you received a medical examination, is it mean that SA and AIP are approved? technically.

Well, not necessarily -- the validity is for 1 year. But it's possible. In our case, we got it when SA was sent.

If you brought an IMM 1017 Request for Medical, it was filed with CIC already. That's your copy. If they claim you didn't do it, the eMedical page serves as proof you did

Thanks Profiler! I just waited an hour again to call CIC, but they asked me to mail it to Missisau office. But someone above told me to upload it to CSE, do you have any ideas?

Did you have an IMM 1017 form when you went to the doctor's office? Did they give you the eMedical form?

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/medic/exam/submit.asp

CIC states, if eMedical was used, that no further action is necessary. Otherwise, if you're concerned about it, copy and send that in. Of course, that's after calling the doctor's office to verify if they already submitted. They will also know if you need to do anything further...

Mail might be faster...CSE lately has been sloooow. If sending by.

Send a copy of the 1017 and your emedical to the courier address. I always ask for signature, so I can hold them to account.

Courier address? Not the application for spouses?
