i got my sponsor approval on march 10

when was your original application date? I think you mentioned it was in 2015, so if it took them until a couple days ago to give you sponsor approval, I guess there is still hope for me too then, we just need to wait more

congrats again on your approval :)

hello every one ,i have got an email from CIC for Police clearance and Schedule A background check, and asked me to send online ,i have linked my application and under submitted application im not able to find any option to upload it ,and i have only 10 days left for my deadline ,should i send it by mail or through IRCC web , please help thank you

As previously stated, if the Form letter asks for those to be submitted electronically, then check in myCIC (GCkey) to see if your application is requesting documents. It should say under your application status or messages in myCIC. If it doesn't, contact the call Centre to ask if you should use myCIC (ask how), or if you should use the Web from. The Web form is easy, but just double check how they want them submitted.

what is the method to speed up the approval process? does sending a letter to CIC or having MPs send a letter worth it? Has anyone successfully gotten their AIP quicker?

There no point because eventually they get to you

The reason no one answered is simply because it's not possible to speed up FC or in Canada spousal applications. First applications in are the first applications out. No line jumping.

Yes Hafeez, I agree with Profiler. even if you get the Call Center. Just to be safe, I would send it both through web form and if you can upload in MyCIC also do that and call in 10 days to conform that it was received.

Please keep us updated.

Congrats that it's official.. not surprised that your previous (non)criminal history was not a factor ;).

Noo there are others before me. Polarvolcano is one of such.

SA we don't worry about. My whole family told CIC they'd adopt my wife, if it was legal. So they've got the message: accept or deal with a deluge of adoption applications... ;)

We wait for when she can book a trip home to see babushka (she is in bad health...nearing 90...). That's when the wife gets: sloshy drunk, pregnant, and books a trip home for a few weeks; in the sam day... it's a busy day for sure ;)

Aww Profiler. Congrats on Wifey's pregnancy. Wishing you all the very best.

Purple, how we all wish that was possible but alas it is not possible. Hang in there it will take some time but it will come.

Nooo not yet. I suspect it would be the day (or very shortly after) that she collects her COPR that all of that would occur. For now, we wait for Carol to get out of the way ;).
