I copy-pasted it after looking it up:

Only use applicant info
Press Space bar in place of city if birth
Leave out all passport details
Enter 2 for number on app....plus 1 for each dependent
If you have a rep...you cannot link

so this morning I called cic of course waiting Donkey years to talk to them. info blah blah your application came in on December 14,2015 i am like ok. I talk to a nice lady so she is like on your side they are looking at your egailbity so I am like you guys are backlogged aren't you she denied it I am like I was like when will hear my side and we checked my hubby side he passed criminal check and passed background and his mediCal is expired that is it so I asked how our case doing on both sides she said they are going good. so I said when are we going to hear from you end if December 2017 or early

That's sucks... they suppose to follow the application dates, I really don't care anymore if I have to wait a little more for the people who applied before me get their papers... what really bothers me, is people who applied after get the paper work done. (I send the app complete, nothing missing - no delays)

the lawyer took care of everything I realize it's money making frI'm now on every 2 months I will call them. my husband was like they musto be sleeping and they are like you case is priority I am like it was in a pile I know I am doing praying to infant Jesus of Prague twice a day for nearly two years bUT I know both sides are good

Short answer: yes
But it is unlikely. Getting AIP means that IRCC assessed that the sponsor was eligible to sponsor, that the applicant was eligible to apply, and that the relation is genuine. Then, it remains the medicals and background checks. So after AIP, unless you have a dangerous health condition or criminal records, your PR application is most likely to be approved.

Hi there I got email for my eligibility approval and decision made on my ecas and they ask for landing fee cause I'm the sponsor but my husband checked his online account it say his file got transferred to Vancouver. I did not understand

So was the decision made only on the sponsor side? A transfer of the files to the local office generally means they are looking into the relationship. Did you get a letter about it?
