Hi there!
I think this was already brought up here, but can anyone advise me, please?
I received an email from cic today saying my IMM 5406 and/or 5669 were incompleted. I couldn't see any problems with 5406, but it could be with 5669.
Do I have to fill addresses without any gaps? I thought only or personal history that requires no gaps...
Does anyone know??

10K, my friend if they told you about both forms then there is a problem with both forms. So please review carefully. I thought the same thing and believe me I had omitted a few things: I left a row in a column blank, on my additional sheet I did not include a column. Simple errors. The good thing is they did not return the application. You have 30 days to correct and upload. When you send the forms back make sure you include a copy of the letter they sent you. (Thanks Profiler)
:-[ Make sure that there are not gaps in address and employment history. whatever does not apply to you, please fill in
n/a. Where appropriate please fill in
0. If you need an additional pages please ensure that you copy the table columns exactly as they are on form. Please fill in every section.
For example, one person me:
Elementary 7 High School 5 University 4
For others it might be:
Elementary 7 High School 5 University 0 (
if no University must fill on 0 do not leave blank)
For Example for Employment History
Need to account for at least 10 years or from 18th birthday
Need to include the whole time period:
For Example
Year | Activity | Name of Employer |
Even if unemployed you must include the time
If visiting in Canada must include time and your status would be visitor
I can't remember the exact column names but I hope you understand. No time gaps in the 10 years.
