At this point I think they are just fumbling to meet their goals/quotas. Imo, right now CPC-M probably cares less about following protocol and furnishing communique and more about processing apps to completion!

Hard to say. They've reworked the process totally. PCC's and Meds are now requested, and shouldn't be provided upfront, as an example.

Fumbling, maybe. But consistently, that 'fumbling' has delivered >4k cases processed quarter on quarter. They can keep fumbling -- I am ok with that :).

My thinking is......
Erratic communications with their clients and inconsistent processing updates across the board in order to speed up processing = fumbling.

I would like it if they could at the very least furnish updates like AIP/SA etc. to their clients while keeping the same processing pace. Perhaps I'm bordering on wishful thinking!

The issue is I have no money otherwise I would have paid it upfront. I'm just thinking since I only have like 3 months left (hopefully) that if I wait for them to ask,I'll delay it for myself.

I agree with you totally about fumbling. KEEP IT UP!

Dreamy Justin has demanded partial/complete process automation for much of IRCC so that communications are more reliable and real-time. Eliminating the need for people to visit their MP to get help/updates. So, put 2+2 = good times I think.
