From what I read on the SIR, they are refining the inland process. Of course, take that with a grain as they make many claims and they don't seem to come to fruition. But the intent was to target, in groups, the current inventory (as of June 13). That's why some got PCC's in June, some got them in August, etc. They are working on the groups to push them through.maria_mirabela said:

You talk about that consent form all the time. Everyone on here has the ability to apply for themselves and thus avoid that form. The sponsor can apply for their own notes no matter where they are. There isn't a special set of notes that you get by having that consent form. You'd use that form if your relative or friend was stuck outside of Canada and wanted to see their info.
