Thank you! and it looks like my email is correct and they asked me to once again submit a technical issue in regards to my cic account if its not updating and i should expect something in the email if my cic account doesnt get fixed, they said, i am more then welcomed to call and inquire about it like i have been doing to see if there is anything that was sent out to you but you didnt receive if you dont hear anything back in a week or so.
so i ll wait a week and then callback if i hear nothing in regards to it.
but i have a good feeling now!
