@profiler and other great people in this forum, Good day. Will or does an over speeding ticket be considered as some sort of violation or conviction according to cic. I got a ticket in the mail for speeding at 73km in a 60km zone and its a photo radar ticket. Any suggestions and thank you in advance.

You ware speeding??! OMG (sarcasm). I routinely do 15-25km/h over...unfortunately. average that to 20.

No. It's not a criminal offense. What province was it in? I am surprised there is even a ticket for 13km/h over... In Ontario, the cops won't even bother until at least 16...where there is in fact a 56$ fine..

edmonton, it was close to the West Edmonton Mall

So, I can speak from "this side of the fence". In Ontario, Highway Traffic Act (HTA) offences are considered petty crimes. They don't carry a criminal record or conviction. Dangerous Driving, for example, where someone could be seriously hurt or killed, is a crime. Speeding, is not at all in the same class.

So, I will rest comfortably saying, it's highly, highly unlikely that will be an issue... But slow down there, Speed Racer ;)

Hi guys,

In the "Review of additional documents" section of my application, it says "We need more documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details".
Does anyone have the same message?
What does that imply?
It used to be " We need additional documents. Check your messages below for details" which was a system glitch.
Same thing as me

Thanks Carol!

So I take alieve... It's really not good for this... Arthritis, sure. In this case, I got her some T1s. When she wakes up, I have them here... It pays to get cervical nerve blocks for persistent nerve-sourced migraines -- no questions at Shoppers!

Also, I would be remissed it I didn't tell you that you need to stop taking those. Their bad for baby, but more importantly (and my friend @sylvain1 might agree here), they mess with your vascular system, and thin your blood. My brother-in-law's mom recently died from an undiagnosed brain related injury from naproxen. If I take it before needles, I warn them I'mma bleed everywhere....

I am not taking medication, right now taking insulin tablets for my diabties waiting for an appointment at diabetic clinic to learn to do insulin 4 times a day

I know that they are bad for the baby, but I don't know about their effect on the vascular system (it's really out of my expertise!). I know that aspirin is a blood thinner, but I'm less familiar with naproxen.

I do not take it anymore, but I am diabetic so I am off my janmuet but my diabetic dr have me on insulin pills for now waiting for diabetic clinic to call me to learn how to use the insulin pen I need to take it 4 times a day so 16 units a day before pregrancy I was a diabetic

Waterloo Region and OPP won't even turn the lights on for less that 21km/h over ($110ish fine). But no joke, HTA does have a fine for speeding 16-20km/h of $56.

Apparently it was an Edmonton camera (they have those there...bastards)

we have those "photo-radar" in Quebec as well...

We have them, for stop lights. I haven't seen them for anything but here....

I worked with a guy who was an Albertan from Edmonton. About 6 mos ago he expressed that he disagreed with the cameras around WEM.

So, I can only assume, given no police, and a mailing say you have to pay a fine, it was one of those... C'est la vie I guess

I got caught in Guelph in march. . . I was furious!!!!
From where I turned, to where I changed lanes to allow this black vehicle entering the roadway. Was less than 400m . the officer said I was doing 95km/ in a 60 zone but he would drop it down to 75. I really did not notice my speed . . . 95,in a 60 I would have to be flying. . . . I didn't argue, I just felt violated, robbed so what I now do is . . . my GPS is set to notify me when I exceed the limit by 12km over
. I just paid the $56

They can't do implant until it heals. So 6-8 mos. She had receeding bone in her jaw...which was the primary cause for the root canal rupture. So this, then a screw in her skull in 8mos, then a crown a couple mos after.

Moscow dentist that did the previous work said the Canadian dentists are spot on, and said the work should be done here.

We have 50% restorative. They don't cover implant. But given that it was raging infection, they have to do something. They will cover extraction, denture, x-ray, etc. Just not implant explicitly.

Oops, hurts to hear that. Hope she feels better soon.

Yea, I avoid Guelph, despite close proximity.. Waterloo region is your best bet..

Also, Guelph likes possession charges...if that's your thing, avoid. It's not mine, but I hear weekly on DAVE FM...
