Hello, I have some questions regarding the filing of immigration application.

The following are the forms and questions I have regarding portions on the forms. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Question 10
Am I am a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident? Since I was born in Canada, I am a citizen by birth, do I leave this question blank or answer No or Yes and include my date of birth?

Question 9
Immigration or Permanent Resident? Again I was born in Canada so do I answer NO?

Additional Family Information
Form IMM5406
Section B
Do we include my children who are already living in Canada and are Canadian citizens?

Hi,

I've recently gone threw this and was approved so I think I can help you out.

Section A Question 10: If you were born in Canada you are a Canadian Citizen. You check YES and the date you became a citizen is the date you were born. Put that in the box beside YES.

Never leave anything blank. First Rule.

Sponsor Questionnaire
Question 9
Since you are a Canadian Citizen your check NO. Because you are not a naturalized Canadian or Permanent resident

The other form is for the person being sponsored to fill out not the sponsor.
