Spousal Sponsorship for Indian spouse, Country specific instruction?

hi Friends,

can you confirm which country specific documents are required for India, i dont see any requirement to submit originals , just photocopies of the below,

is my assumption correct?

i only see that form IMM5562 has to be filled and
Birth certificates issued in this country: If a birth is registered late, include a copy of the original baptism certificate and copies of other original documents establishing identity such as:

• Old school records (Fifth class, Middle standard and Matriculation/secondary school certificate), and
• Voter's ID card.

Photocopy of Birth Certificate, 10th board certificate that has birth date and Voter Id card.
Also, Supplementary Travel Info form.

@ muscletech - so all photocopies right? , in my case there is no voter id so thinking of sending adhar copy. what about 5th standard and middle standard?

Yes, all photocopies. You can send aadhar card copy. In some states, exams of 5th standard are conducted by state board that’s why the option is given. You can send only 10th certificate. This requirement is only to verify the birth date.
