Sorry, if this is late, but what happened with your spousal application? My wife received an ADR asking for a long-form birth certificate. Apparently, the one we submitted only has her father's name (in abbreviated form) on the certificate and not her mother's. So, we're trying to figure out what other documents we can submit to support this.
If anyone else has gone through a similar situation and knows what to do about this, kindly respond. We are under a lot of stress as our application has already been delayed quite a bit and we do not want to delay it further.
