Hello;

I want to share my situation here and ask about how to manage the situation.

Last year I married with my wife and after couple of months I moved canada and eventually we applied inland for PR in February. But unfortunately things did not go well and we almost break up. The worst thing is, my parnter started to threat me to withdraw the sponsorship and I don't know what really I should do.
I want to know is there any way to guarantee myself from this kind of threats?

Your wife is a Canadian citizen?

Other than documenting the conversations, there probably isn't much you or anyone else can do. She is entitled to withdraw sponsorship anytime she feels up until the COPR is processed. After that it's at the discretion of IRCC and/or CBSA whether to allow you to land if she cancels the sponsorship.

Under what circumstances mentioned I can Recieve this right? And what exactly means to land?

What "right" are you referring to? Landing is when you have your COPR and have it stamped and become an actual permanent resident (landing at the border or IRCC office).

'' right '' was not a correct word, refer to your comment above which indicates in case of cancellation, IRCC will decide to allow you to land or not, I want to know what are the requirements they looking for?

Your wife can withdraw her sponsorship at anytime up until you land. If she withdraws before the application is approved, then it will be cancelled. If the application is approved, she can ask to cancel it up to the time you land, but it’s up to IRCC or CBSA to decide if they are going to do that.

If you are already having problems so early in your marriage I would really reassess if you both should be married. I would prefer to go back to my home country versus living in misery for the rest of my life. I'm guessing this may be an arranged marriage where you may have not known each other/dated for a long time. The possibility of immigration becomes a bargaining chip unfortunately.

Your wife has the right to withdraw her sponsorship which will cancel your application. She has the right to withdraw the application for any reason and you cannot prevent her from doing so. The only requirement IRCC is looking for is your wife saying she no longer wishes to sponsor you.

If that happens, you would have to find a way to reapply on your own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry.

Thank you for responses.

I might quit from this process by myself and stop this harassment.

I can decide later what to do.
