Sounds like she had bad day, that's good but you know what I have a good feeling you will win there is appeal thread on here.

I understand did you get the Bluebook, I am shocked legal aid will not help what province are you in you got your stuff ready for October and have a postive attitude
My husband was interviewed may 2106-rejected.I paid a man 900 to send in the appeal and he didnt do it..Oct I sent it in and had to explain to appeal board-the accepted it and processed me.I receieved my copies April 5-I requested ADR-was rejected.I called Vancouver last week and the woman said my file is set for a conference calll in jul or aug-and from that the will set a hearing date for Oct...
Legal aid says the dont do appeals-too costly...

I spent time emailing various things to help.REad alot.Talk to people...went to Canadian Embassy in tunis..and called vancouver appeal board every week...plus send letters and faxes...

There was a similar post last year but the same case other from tunis Canadian embassy or Rabat embassy but different lady the woman was 6 years older than her husband she was married first time when she sponsored her ecase husband from Turkey than she wanted to sponsor second husband

Sorry you got refused, at least the VO seemed to be sorry for the misery she inflict. What were all reasons for refusal? What province are you in? If you live in Vancouver it's the fastest Appeal Division. My husband and I dealt with Vancouver but since I am in the prairies. No office here. So they travel here about 6 times in a yr. So an appeal in Van maybe 6 mos. In Saskatchewan about 2yrs. Higher in Quebec. Same or higher in Toronto. We wait about 1.5 mos short of 2 yrs. Since refusal. At the time of refusal I had traveled 5 times, staying 6 mos. 4 mos, 3 months. But my usual was one month. There is no way to make appeal date come sooner. I tried contacting MP as well as Federal and Provincial Immigration Ministers. To no avail. Because it's before the courts they cannot help. I also visited Ralph Goodale's office. Us too were told we couldn't have adr. One hour was not sufficient. We needed a full day. However, they had a morning slot on May 9. My husband and I win in two hours. Now we wait for next steps. But yes come on other thread. Read back a year in posts. Stay informed as questions.

Right, same refusal reasons as my husband and I. Keep up all your communication, phone bills, skype, messenger. What ever you use. Visiting helps. They need to see its real. That your husband don't marry you for immigration. The judge and ministers counsel both get to ask questions as well as get.points clarified in your relationship. They should also be calling him during appeal. But I see your posting on appeals thread now. So just go there from now on. Plenty more good advice and ppl.there.

seriously?? we are same religion...i converted while in friendship with him..of my own accord and he was really surprised...

I understand but you talk about 4 years age difference and culture, I understand but like you said vo made a mistake in refusing and age should not matter love is love.

thats why the appeal is so important..not give up bec they want u to fail..to give up.they want to see a divorce...which i refuse to give them...ill fight them alll the way...
