Spousal sponsorship appeal..

This has been a nightmare..I dont kno how else to explain this..My relationship with my husband is hard bec until now things are on hold and soon i will go to tunisia to see him a fourth time while we wait for our appeal....
We were rejected at his interview may last year based on "culture" and the fact that im older ..We been together 6 years and evolved our life together slowly..getting engaged in 2014 and married in 2015...Now i tr to get ADR for our hearing and it was rejected saying our case cant be resolved in the one hour allotted time...But I did call and they tell me in jul or aug i will get a conference call..and a hearing date set for Oct...

Oct I will get hearing date for my appeal. This will be end of this. I'm not going to go there for live . Is not an option for.

Also I'm looking for support Bec I've been doing this all myself with husband' only. I've hired a lawyer who I paid 1200. And I did all the work.. I paid a man who claims to be consultant.. 900 .. to find he a fraud and I'm waiting for investigation

Oct I will get hearing date for my appeal. This will be end of this. I'm not going to go there for live . Is not an option for.

Just to let you know, if you ever mention that you never want to live in your spouse's country or your spouse says he can never live Tunisia, that will possibly lead to another refusal. One of the questions they will ask you is if the application is refused, what will you do? If spouse can't be in Canada and you wont live in his country, would you just immediately divorce?

People marry because they want to be together, not solely to immigrate

wow we had a good consultant but our case was inland spousal sponsorship and we started Dec 15 2015 my husband had his landing interview on April 28 2017 he's from Portugal so it is visa exempt we used our consultant because people we know used her and instead waiting 26 month's we got it in 17 months we paid over 5 k but she was register with the immigration consultation association she is legit o would recommend her but mikeymyke is right they will ask that

she told me shes sorry for her original decision and if she could help me now ..she would..

Sounds like she had bad day, that's good but you know what I have a good feeling you will win there is appeal thread on here.

I understand did you get the Bluebook, I am shocked legal aid will not help what province are you in you got your stuff ready for October and have a postive attitude
