Spousal Sponsorhsip - Sponsor is self employed. Proof of income? (statement,etc)

Does the sponsor in Canada need all these proof of income documents if sponsoring his spouse only? Since there is no minimum income requirement for spousal sponsorship, does sponsor have to send all these documents? He will send option C printout. He is self employed. He is not and has never been bankrupt. Is Option C sufficient?
