1. Is it possible to apply SOWP extension application separately while my Spouse ICT Visa extension application is in progress?
2. Is it possible to apply SOWP extension application even if my spouse ICT Visa extension is not filed?(our visa and wp will expire on Feb-2026). So can only SOWP file extension earlier and main ICT applicant will do after SOWP application? I am asking this because my spouse ICT application extension will be filed by her employer and they file it generally 1-2 months prior to my spouse ICT WP/Visa expiry. Her employer will not apply SOWP for me within her application. I have to file it separately.

Separate file is fine but SOWP is solely based on Main applicant/Spouse's Immigration status. So, you can not file before your spouse.
You can file while waiting for your spouse's application result.
BUT, remember to submit
1. "Submission confirmation" document for your spouse to let IRCC know that your spouse has filed for his/her application before you.
Note: After your spouse's application got approved, don't forget to raise a webform and inform IRCC.
2. Full time Employment Letter of your spouse
3. Pay-statements of your spouse
4. Bank statement of your spouse

Nowadays so many applications are getting rejected because people don't submit the above mentioned documents.
Also, apply for TRV for both of you in advance. (Just incase, your applications got delayed and you go out of status).

Good Luck.
