I applied online, i don't know where my file is being processed...

Its not a matter if we applied through online it follow our address and it is processing under our nearby vfs where are u from

Have a question, I did not submitted any financial proof only the Job letter of my husband. Do you think I should send financial proof and how much and is it OK if my husband provides his Canadian bank statement?

Only canadian bank statement is enough. Here your husband is sponsor, right ?
