Spousal Open Work Permit extension questions

Hello,

I need some guidance on the new spousal rules

I am currently on my spousal open work permit till December where my wife will complete her studies by then.

She is eligible for a 3 year PSW(PGWP) and at the time of process in the initial stage even i was eligible for a work permit through the same duration.

I need some help on the new guidelines as it states spouse work permits are no longer eligible for a open work permit from Jan 21, 2025 and does this apply for my scenario as well.

Assume you mean PGWP and not PSW.
