SPOUSAL IMMIGRATION - File transferred to London Office from Islamabad

I had interview on Oct 7. Visa officer didn't clarify approve/refuse. She did not keep passport, nikkah nama engish, some photos but kept police certificate, money transfers, ruqsti photos, phone bills, Skype logs, photocopies of both passports. After 10 days from interview, Decision made on ecase but still did not get any letter. What does this all mean very confusing?

Alhumudillah Today I got ppr. Is there any other way from cvac to submit passport. Do I have to go in person or can I send it through mail courier?

Congratulations!, the standard procedure is to submit it at VAC. It is better to go in person otherwise courier them.
 
Does anyone know how long it takes for the passport to return from the Canadian High commission Islamabad. My wife sent her passport and Canadian high commission Islamabad received it on the 19th of October Monday.

I know its to early to ask but i am just to excited.

Hey
It usually takes a week.There are public holidays in pakistan right now so that is why it might delay 2 to 4 days. You will get your passport back anytime soon by next week :)

When i applied for my wife, it directly went to LVO after getting accepted in Canada
 
Visa issued, Passport returned. Ticket booked. My wife will be landing on the 9th of november.

Applied in April 2015
 
Hello my Sister in Law got her medical done on June 25th 2015. Last week she got a email from CIC stating that her case was in the final process and now they need her medical done. They also emailed her a PDF file to fill out for medical and get it done. We called the Medical office and told them about it, we even forwarded them the letter we got from CIC. The medical staff said that her medical has not expired and we cannot do another medical. Then after that I informed CIC through a inquiry but I have not gotten any reply back. The letter CIC sent me stated to get the Medical done in 30 days or that will lead to refusal of Application. I am worried of what to do..

Any Help please...

Looks like IOM messed up and CIC did not, or was not able to locate her medicals or link to file.
Best to go visit IOM, with a printout of the CIC request email, and show it to them and get them to fix their error and/or re-send the results to CIC.
(Classis case of IOM fucked up).

Your sister in law is not the only one, my wife (PA) is also one of the victims of "efficient staff of IOM". She had her re-med on May 28, 2015 but through notes we found out results never reached LVO. So, after a long battle with IOM / LVO, eventually she has to do re-med again on Nov 02, 2015.

As Canvis suggested do re-med again and keep on tracking with IOM Islamabad with they forwarded the results and then ask LVO along with reply from IOM if they have received the results.
 
Well now IMO makes you Mail the Medical paper as well to LVO.

I Called IMO they have said that we cannot do another medical until your medical has not expired.

I asked them to resend my medical to LVO they said we cannot do that as well.

You need to write to the Minister of CIC and explain in detail the IOM inefficiencies.

I can't believe in 2015 that such inefficient and stupid staff is employed at Pakistan's IOM places.

I would be so pissed that I would go straight to the actual doctor and stay on him till he fixes his clinic's issues
