This is in response to your inquiry regarding the above noted file.
Please be advised that this application is in a queue awaiting the organisation of an interview. The interview will take place in Pakistan, and will be conducted by an Immigration Officer based in London, UK, during an area trip.

We expect that area trips will be conducted in each quarter of the year. The applicant will be contacted approximately one month prior to the scheduled interview date.

Kindly senior member tell me that what happen next and how much they took time its months already gone

okay. My husband is in Lahore, maybe I will tell him to do the same. JazakAllah khair.

to book an interview, it could take a few months and they do notify you 3-4 weeks in advacne for the date
I found out thru my MP in June of the interveiw and I got an email in October for the interview to take place in November. So anywhere from 3-4 months
With that been said you should expect something by April or may

Sorry for being so out of touch for past 2 or so weeks. I had a baby boy on January 26th alhumdulillah. So, the update is my husband had sent further proof of our relationship to LVO and they received it on january 26th, on February 4th he got the passport request alhumdulillah.

Apparently it says in the email the way to send the passport to ISB has changed to have it more secure and speedy. They attached a 6 page pdf that has an updated Appendix A to be filled and sent. My husband and I are a bit confused about filling it out. If anyone who has helped me before can be of some assistance, or anyone else who has some time. It would be much appreciated. JazakAllah khair! :)

From the time of my absence if anyone got passport requests, remedical requests, passport returns; many many congratulations to you all! To those who are waiting I had made a special dua for everyone on this forum during my labour. May Allah swt make it easy on all the couples, ameen! :)
Salam and congratulations for little Angel . Allah parents k liay Quratul aen banay ameen. Best of luck , Naveed

I would apply for GCMS (case notes) of the file to check why interview is required.
Takes a month or so but may be helpful.
CIC website has the info on how to apply (under ATIP).

hi,,I have a question,,Were your files first in Islamabad then they were transferred from there to London?or they were directly transferred to London??
i need to know,if your files were first in Islamabad, then they were transferred to London,do u count the time files were in Islamabad or only London time? I mean u count the processing time from Islamabad or from London?
Thanks in advance

When its transferred to LONDON...then COUNTING start of LONDON office which is 11 months...Although these processing times gives u just an estimate...actual time mainly depends on ur LUCK, and ur documents and visa officer who is handling ur case....its not FIRST IN FIRST OUT THEORY...

AOA, thanks for sharing. I have exactly the same timeline as yours. My MP office suggested in early January that Visa Officer, may require an interview, though they had not decided about it yet. It is my second marriage. My first Nikah ended up in a divorce and I never applied for first wife's sponsorship. Now it appears that Visa Officer has doubts about the genuineness of my marriage. I was just wondering if they are asking interviews only for those people who are married second time or if there is anything else in my file that is causing concerns. Did your MP tell you why the Visa Officer wants to do an interview? I will appareciate your response.
