The reason they do this is because they need to issue the visa upto the time ur medical is valid, their lack of efficiency that they don't realize it sooner, but they have to do this so they give u sufficient time to enter the country!handsup said:

Apparently it says in the email the way to send the passport to ISB has changed to have it more secure and speedy. They attached a 6 page pdf that has an updated Appendix A to be filled and sent. My husband and I are a bit confused about filling it out. If anyone who has helped me before can be of some assistance, or anyone else who has some time. It would be much appreciated.
