e CAS changed to in process Nov 09 2014
e CAS Changed to Decision Made December 20

Alhamdulillah my wife has received her passport back with the visa today

The wait for the passport was almost 55 days...

Hi... After getting medical request a week ago. I have just received an email for additional docs ( Child birth certificate and citizenship certificate).

Kindly advise, is it better to send these two documents through email, portal or send it through physical address?Huh?

Allhumdulillah finally get to see good news on this form.

My decision made status was changed to decision made in beginning of Decemeber and finally we got passport request for my wife visa to be issued. We just sent the passport to Islamabad on Jan 13, 2015 as soon as we got the request for the passport.

In the email it was clearly stating that the visa will be issued till one year after the date of our medical examination. my wife got her medical done on Feb 6, 2014. With that being said I was wondering how long will the PR visa be issued as the processing time of getting the passport back can possibily be exceeding the medical expiration.

Has anyone been in the same situation as me? Do they give extensions on PR visas beyond the expiration of medical?

congrates on sucvh a wonderful news yes there was a case when the applicant got his pp back three day before expiry of remed they didnot give any extrension and he had to go before expiry and he already booked his seats it was in nov 2014

so u should book ur flight and u will get ur pp soon

if u got PPR request and u have sent it as well . i think its a good sign u ll get it with visa stamped soon INSHALLAH dont worry.. it will be in there records..so u dont need to worry.. n pray to ALLAH. i guess we will get passport in couple of weeks. it was delayed before due to christmas and new year holidays. i got the PPR yesterday and i m sending it tomorrow so hope for the best and Pray to Allah. sab behter hoga INSHALLAH.
