Should I email London office stating this issue? it might expidite the visa process

If u got PPR request and u have sent it as well . i think its a good sign u ll get it with visa stamped soon INSHALLAH dont worry.. it will be in there records..so u dont need to worry.. n pray to ALLAH. i guess we will get passport in couple of weeks. it was delayed before due to Christmas and new year holidays. i got the PPR yesterday and i m sending it tomorrow so hope for the best and Pray to Allah. sab behter hoga INSHALLAH.

I paid the fees in standard chartered bank and documents for passport are required to be submitted to Islamabad High Commission.

If they don't request anymore docs,he will get ppr inshaAllah. N there is no certain timeline for that. Every case varies.

Depends on the VO. Sometimes they do and sometimes they dont.

When you do get the remed request and your case goes into progress...is it safe to assume your in the clear? in terms of the visa officer accepting the marriage as genuine?

Does this also indicate very close to completion of file?

You cant say anything because BG check is the last thing done with your case after remed. If BG is clear then a good news is on the way but of the BG is not clear and has issue it MAY put your marriage again in doubt.

Nobody knows the inner process but your BG is based on your travel history, criminal record, your BG info form, and other forms data. IFF there is something wrong as per the VO then s/he might ask for additional wedding proofs even.
