Got our PPT back yesterday via FedEx Alhamdulilah! CHC-Islamabad took exactly 4 weeks.

My wife got PPR today at around 9:00 AM EST time. .......Will put more details later on.

Hello All,

Spousal Immigration App was received by the London office on March 6th, 2014. Since then, the application status showed "Application Received". It has now changed to "IN PROCESS" as of yesterday ... what is the usual timeline after this step?

Need help folks! I am being sponsored and I was married before only the divorce was on a stamp paper and not registeted with civil authorities.

In original application I attached a letter from union council that said it was nikkah only and not registered and thus the divorce was not registered.

A letter from my lawyer explaining the marriage was completely annulled and a explanatory letter from me as well.

Now I have received an email from LVO askingb submit proof if the divorce was registeted with civil or legal authorities in Pakistan within 30 days.

Please suggest mitigation to this. Help! Help!

if u have registered ur 1st nikkah then u should register ur divorce as well,,coz it does not matter that it was nikkah only case or full marriage if its registered nikkah then u must need registered divorce

Yes you can send PP through TCS or Fedex as well, as CHC recommends any of these two.
Both are reliable.
I dont know about others, because I never heard of 'em.

Well may be if you could add doctors note along with other proofs like chat history, visit pictures etc. i suppose that should count. But they rely more on documented evidences.
