My wife got her passport back today with the visa allhamdullila.

Its called (LVP - Limited Validity Passport).. You can apply when your baby citizenship app is still under process. Contact your nearest consulate (Lahore - Karachi) and they can help you with that. It took me about 6-7 Weeks to have passport mailed for my baby.. Good luck

Alhumdullilah i have got PPR2 and i have sent Passport to ISB.

Question:

I had a baby( birth outside canada) in Pakistan (By birth citizen) , i have applied for citizenship certificate thorough Karachi consulate beach luxury hotel. As per information its a 9 or more month process for citizenship certificate but my husband will get the Passport with visa stamp in next 2 or more months after which we have to move to canada.

Question here , how to my child can travel to canada , i have heard about limited validity passport. If anyone applied for it please guide me.

I sponsored my spouse (Wife Case).. Applied Feb 25 ,2014 .. file transfered to LVO directly on (May 06,2014) and the first medical request came on (JAN 05,2014)..

The letter says:

( These medical instructions are being issued since your application has been processed to the stage
where medical examination results are now required. Please read these instructions carefully.
IMPORTANT: You are required to undergo the medical examinations within 30 days of the date of this
letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application.)

Is it normal letter for first time medical request or is it mean I can expect ppr 1 and/or ppr2 request soon???

My status of application is changed to decision made. I am a little worried about that when I will know that decision is in my favor and can I have any clue about that before the office contact me? can anyone give me any idea about that?

You will only know when you will get PPR and then PP back. PRR does not mean that you will get visa.

Lolll I'm sure handsup meant PPR is not the actual visa ... just a prerequisite to it. I'm sure the embassy requests the passport for visa issuance.

Mannn! What are you talking about, I dont think so that he meant that. Because he is way more experienced than many of us here. He might have seen the other scenarios, thats why I asked to get the knowledge

I do not know the reason behind PPR but I have read so many refusal case and one I read last night where Visa is rejected after sending the PP to VO.

Hmm ... I think you are referring to non-family related programs like Federal Skilled Workers, Provincial Nominee, Refugee, etc.?
