Hey guys.
My wife just received the request for re medical. She has been trying to call the medical centre in Lahore to get an appointment but has been getting a busy tone since yesterday (not sure if they are closed because of Muharram or if there is anything wrong with the number). Does any one know if it's mandatory to get an appointment or if you can just go there without an appointment as well?? And what are their hours?

Here's my timeline for those who are curious :

Application: August 2013
File transfer to London: Jan 22, 2014
Re medical request: Oct 3, 2014
(Application status still says "application received"...no changes there yet)

its very early to tell wait, London office is working very fast Inshallah your process will be done within a year or so, order your notes after 8 months or so to see your file progress.

I recieved sponsorship approval on 28-Aug-2014 and then it was moved to London. Now when i checked my application status on ECAS today it says that my "Permanent residence application for federal skilled worker is sumitted to sydney, nova scotia."
I never applied for Federal Skilled worker visa but i am a software engineer. so maybe i got some points? Does it have anything to do with my spousal application? Will it take more time or less time to process my spouse application? Please let me know if anybody have seen anything similar? Thanks

how to order gcms notes .. Please help

To get appointment from IOM you need to call Islamabad on following number, Lahore IOM has nothing to do with appointments. They get email from Islamabad with scheduled appointments.
call after lunch or in morning around 9 am to get instant respond; the number is:
(051) 111 466 472

Asalamalakum Everyone!! A question for whoever knows,

My file has hit the year mark Alhamdullilah, and i got in touch with my mp. Who got in touch with the immigration officers at the London office. They said that they are going to send me a letter within 4 to 6 weeks because they need "further information." Now they wouldn't tell the mp's secretary what exactly this was. Now, i am curious and really want to know, so i can start planning and sorting things now, rather then waiting for the letter. Keep in mind, i am a Nikah Only case. Could this be the letter to go back and get rukhsuti? Or could it be something else? I did post this question from my mobile a few days ago, however, sometimes that acts up and i dont receive responses. If anyone knows and can let me know what this can be. It was make it a little easier and less stressful for me. If i have to go back to do rukhsuti. Then I will. I just want to know what the letter can be...

Any Help Please? :(

Jazak-Allah

Thanks for the replies..
She called the Lahore # initially and got someone on the line who then gave her the Islamabad #. When she called there there was an automated message with instructions to email in order to book an appointment just like one of you guys indicated.
Anyway I emailed them and she got a call for an appointment an hour later. The re medical is next week. So excited that the application is finally going somewhere :)
