ALHAMDULILLAH i got the re-medical request today how to book the appointment Secondly I am currently in dubai so i should go to Pakistan or do it here in dubai doing job and didt inform CIC regarding job and location change?? please advice me asap as i have to make appointment.

they dont want my second medical.. all they asked me to send them my passport copy along with detail of my height n eye colour. also the reciept of right of permanant resident fee.

my spouse is waiting for the ppr as well but she just did the medical on nov 3rd so i am expecting response in 2-3 weeks around mid November may be or end nov.....its takes few days to send them the medical results around 4 -5 days after you do the medical, to london office. once they receive they will make the decision. you will get soon IA

Hello,
I recieved an email from LVO regarding the processing times for Pakistan Files transfered to LONDON . The standard 11 months does not apply to us . But they did say that they are devoting different resources to bring the processing time to stamdard but have made significant improvemnt from 32 months. the are currently working on files recieved on may- june 2013.. hope this helps alot of u guys

Salam everyone!
It's been long since I have posted!
So anyways, my husband's file has been in process since june 2014 and today I received an email from my mp's rep, saying the following:
"I was able to follow up and can see that the background checks appear completed as of 2 weeks ago. That is great news. The file is currently pending review and background decision. The officer I spoke with noted that the processing time has passed but because of the new development, cannot send an email as of yet. We were advised to follow up in 30 days. Please send me another email at that time for follow up"

Now, I do not know when I will receive ppr, and is this an indication that the next step inshaAllah is PPR?

I have been contacted by the LVO Oct, 28th, 2014 to pay a fee for the rights to permanent residence. When i check the status on CIC it still reads Application recieved. I had a few questions regarding this:
1. Have they started working on my spouse's file?
2. When should i expect a request for a Remedical?
3. How long does the process take after the "In process" Status if the file is complete.

My timeline is exactly the same as yours. i got re-med on 30-Oct-14. as they have asked you submitt the fee so maybe thats why you didnot get re-med as of date..

Its about 16months have been passed but didnt receieve re-medical request yet And application status is still "Application received". Kindly suggest me what should i do in this situation. Thanks in advanced.
