SPOUSAL IMMIGRATION - File transferred to London Office from Islamabad

Hi there....

My wife Sponcer me and applied my case in May 2013, got approval in 04 July 2013, and file was transferred to Islamabad. Since we didnt recieve any email or letter from CIC stating that our file is transferred to London. Now, I join this forum and reading all post, my questions is: only few files are transferred to London or all family sponsorship (spouse sposnsorship) files are transferred to London. I am confused.I contact my lawyer in Canada he told me that when CHC Islamabad have boardon then they transfer some files to London,New Delhi or Ottawa,but still when they want some information about applicant they contact CHC-Islamabad.its almost 10 month gone but I cheek my online status but there is nothing means still they never open my file,kindly tell me that jst few files are transfer to London visa office or all,coz i still never get any e-mail or letter that my file is here or transfer to Londn.I really appriciate an answer. Thanks!

I dont know why people are worried about their files.

I have mentioned 3 times on this thread that now visa office for Pakistan is London. So there is no debate of islamabad anymore

whether you receive email or not your file will go to London. Islamabad is not visa office for Pakistanis.... please understand this one small point.

Mine file was transferred to London on 23rd January 2014 the last letter i got from CIC after that dun know what is actually going on?? any body here who's file transferred to before January?? because if 11 month timeline applied on us then definately till now some movements should be taken place with ........

Hi All!
a confusing question for me i filed my application at CIC Mississauga through a lawyer, got a reply through my lawyer that Application was received after that got an email through lawyer again that he received the Mail in post stating the eligibility of sponsor( forwarded to us via email by Lawyer) and also our file has been transferred to London office as of January 21,2014.
i recently came across this amazing helpful forum which has enlightened me lots on the subject. ;D
i got 3 questions now:
1- ECAS says the Application received and a decision is made. ;D
when i click on DM tab it says the copy of the letter has been mailed to you on January st 2014, which is same as i received for eligibility of sponsorship? or Actually a Decision is made ??? :-[
2-i could not find any email address on ECAS mine or lawyer? Doesn't it show email addresses ? ???
3-I also applied a TRV from Pakistan through VAC LAHORE on January 31ST 2014.and has not received any info since then , oh i submitted the police cert, and medical with the Application?
Please lemme know if i am missing something here or am i supposed to do something else rather waiting? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

First of all welcome to you in this forum
and DM on your sponsor mean the person who is sponsoring you so then the other tab of APPLICATION RECIEVED isthe status of a person who is sponsored or a principle applicant...

there is only home address is mentioned of your sponsor on your ecas only, not email so u have to wait max 6 to 11 month for further processing as per london visa office timeline.

and i haven't any idea about TRV application processing

plus any one knows what route needs to be taken if TRV Application from Islamabad is taking more than given average processing time i.e 50 Days(recently updated to 46).I called VAC lahore they asked me to contact CHC ISB. Should i email them and if i should, does anyone know what is the email address also is it normal for TRV for spouses to take thattttttttttttt much time???? Please Share you experience....
